OUR FARM
Canaan Springs was previously a fifth generation farm containing a barn, farmhouse, and pond, but has since been renovated into our venue. We, the Smith Family, own and operate the property; the namesake for the farm is the first grandson of the Smith Family, Canaan James Smith. The fields are still cut for hay, as they have been for many years, and Canaan Firs have started to sprout which we will cut and sell in the winter for Christmas trees. We have lots of plans for our new farm.
FARMHOUSE
The farmhouse is composed of three bedrooms, two full baths, a kitchen, laundry, and a living room.

BARN
The barn was used to store hay in the winter, but was a bit unstable. With new flooring and siding, the barn now offers over 8,000 square feet of space including a deck that over looks the three ponds and a loft with a spiral staircase.
